Shiatsu is a non-invasive physical therapy that stimulates the body's own healing powers. It is based on traditional and time honoured healing principles from the East, and modern anatomy and physiology theory.

Shiatsu consists of specific pressure and stretches applied to the body in order to assess and treat various conditions. Due to their effect on the nervous system, Shiatsu treatments help relieve stress and pain, as well as improve muscle, organ, and joint function. This deep but gentle approach to preventative health care has many long term benefits for people of all ages.

Whole body health, shiatsu
