Must have Reiki Level I completed. Heart Connect Healing is a form of group-based energy healing that focuses on achieving a state of collective harmony and balance, both individually and as a group. It often involves practices rooted in meditation, visualization, and shared intention, aimed at fostering physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. The approach emphasizes the alignment of mind, body, and spirit to promote well-being and transformation. Key Principles: 1. Alignment and synchronization of heart, mind, and emotions. In TCM the Shen is housed in the Heart, or the soul chamber. Often referred to as 'residence of the Shen'. 2. Shared Intention: This shared focus amplifies the energetic effect. 3. Heart-Centered Approach: Many Healing practices incorporate heart-based meditations to generate feelings of love, gratitude, and compassion, which are believed to enhance healing potential. 4. Quantum Perspective: It often draws upon quantum physics principles, suggesting that energy and consciousness can influence matter and facilitate healing beyond traditional physical methods. 5. Facilitation by a Group: Healing can be conducted in groups, where the collective energy is directed toward someone in need of healing.
