Within this peaceful state, the mind remains awake to explore different states of consciousness, while stimulating rejuvenation, increasing inner strength, shifting limited thinking patterns, awakening creativity, and counteracting stress.

We will delve into Japanese and Traditional Chinese Medicine acupressure and discover methods of stretching, through yoga, that will guide your body into balance and enhance meridian health. Through this practical and meditative event you will experience a rejuvenating state of calm, restore energetic equilibrium and a natural state of healing.

When you manage your frequency with intention, you give yourself the opportunity to shift out of lower vibrations and into higher vibrational states of being. One of the easiest ways of managing your vibe is utilizing the power of your breath.

The breath is a key that directly unlocks your innate wisdom, allows the reclamation of your power, activates limitless inspiration, and divine coherence.

With rhythmic breathing, you are able to bypass the analytical mind and step deeper into your feeling natural, and into the tissues of your body. From there, you give yourself the opportunity to consciously integrate and process traumas, conditioning, limiting beliefs and emotions, of which you may or may not be aware.

On the other side of your traumas and limiting beliefs is the threshold to your highest potential.

Jennifer is a natural healer, gifted intuitive healer and teacher. She is passionate about helping others release emotions, physical pain and heal in a way that promotes personal and spiritual growth. Her individualized approach gives each client a personalized experience. She provides insight and guidance regarding your journey of healing. Clients often say that her calm, welcoming vibe puts them at ease immediately. They report feeling lighter, happier, restored, and inspired after a session with her.

As a Reiki teacher and Shiatsu Instructor, Jennifer often shares tips to help manage anxiety, establish self-care routines, and maintain balance long after a session. Her practice includes reiki healing, chakra balancing, Guasha, cupping, shiatsu, TCM acupressure, EEM and Yoga.

To those who seek it, she desires to give the permission slip they need to explore their soul’s true essence beyond human conditioning, trauma, and programming.

Kelly is dedicated to promoting balance, harmony and overall wellness through Shiatsu Therapy. She has a gentle healing approach and uses stretching and mobility techniques paired with pressure point work.

Kelly is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT500) and accredited by Yoga Alliance. She grew up in Montreal and moved to Edmonton in 2015. She teaches a gentle style of yoga suitable for all levels. Her focus is in relaxation and improving mobility. She is passionate and dedicated to the practice.

Gillian’s spiritual journey unfolded when she arrived on a yoga mat for physical healing in turn awakening a relationship with the Divine. Finding presence on the mat became a passion and in 2011 she became a certified yoga instructor. Today Gillian continues to guide people to find peace and growth as a QHHT Practitioner with her company Awaken Past Life Regression.
