Mala Beading Bracelet Session

Join us for a calming Mala Bead Meditation session, designed to help you connect with your inner peace and set meaningful intentions. We’ll begin by finding a comfortable seated position and taking a few deep breaths to center ourselves. You’ll then hold your mala beads, moving through each bead while repeating a mantra or affirmation of your choice. This process helps focus the mind and cultivate mindfulness. The session will end with a moment of reflection and gratitude. Whether you’re new to mala beads or have practiced before, this session offers a peaceful space for relaxation and grounding.

Based on ancient healing techniques vibrations of sound work on a cellular level to recalibrate your mind body and spirit. These healing frequencies stimulate alpha delta brain wave state, balance the hemispheres of the brain and promote a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace. We also release nitric oxide supports the immune system.

Sound Healing is a practice that allows us to use vibration and frequencies to promote relaxation and activate emotional and physical healing within the body.

Refining our Path: Wisdom of the Waxing Gibbous Moon & Spirit Animals Wisdom"

This workshop will guide participants Waxing Gibbous Moon which will be in effect for the February 15, 2025 workshop. I will discuss our Spirit Animals that are connected to this moon and nature cycle to inspire everyone to continue to grow and refine their journey. We will also do a drumming circle for building community and harmony with all those at the retreat.

Soma is the Greek word for body and somatics literally means of the body. I will guide you through slow gentle movement patterns that release tension, stress, and trauma as well as lower cortisol levels and regulate the nervous system. In this practice we will connect the emotional and  physical bodies and will focus on how the movements feel instead of what they look like. We will attempt to create awareness, mindfulness  and healing by sensing our way through the movements. The focus of our presentation will be to share our story, breakdown stigmas and misconceptions about cannabis, and empower individuals to consider cannabis as a powerful wellness tool they can add to their arsenal of holistic modalities.
